Willingness to work in a manufacturing / shop-floor environment.
Basic computer skills for reviewing electronic travelers or inspection records.
Must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident (green card holder) or otherwise classifiable as a “U.S. Person” under ITAR regulations.
Ability to lift and handle parts up to 50 lbs with proper lifting techniques.
Visual acuity required to inspect fine details and surface conditions.
Ability to read and follow written work instructions and basic manufacturing documentation.
Strong attention to detail and ability to visually detect defects, missing operations, or workmanship issues.
Experience working under AS9100 or Nadcap quality systems.
High school diploma or GED required.
Exposure to typical manufacturing conditions including noise, metal parts, and shop equipment.
Basic understanding of CNC machining, EDM, waterjet cutting, or hand finishing processes.
Familiarity with investment casting, turbine blades, or vanes.
Ability to stand, walk, and inspect parts for extended periods.
Prior experience in manufacturing, inspection, or aerospace environment.
