Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
At least 10 years of progressive construction or project-management experience.
Demonstrated experience managing construction and capital projects in manufacturing, industrial, process, or production environments.
Experience overseeing multiple projects, complex capital programs, and/or a team of project-management professionals.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, project controls, contracts, procurement, cost management, scheduling, quality assurance, and risk management.
Experience coordinating construction in active operating facilities, including production-impact planning, utility shutdowns, equipment installations, and phased project execution.
Strong understanding of construction safety requirements and contractor safety management.
Expert in project management, scheduling, document control, and financial management systems.
