Estimated Starting Salary Range for **Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program Analyst** : $110,000 - $120,000
Pay commensurate with experience.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, International Affairs, or related field
5+ years of experience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs
Experience executing and managing FMS funding, including case and administrative funds
Working knowledge of FMS regulations, policies, and compliance requirements (e.g., SAMM)
Experience developing, reviewing, or managing LOAs and LORs
Hands-on experience with FMS systems such as DSAMS, IMPART, CISIL, DIFS, PBAS, or COP
Experience preparing or reviewing P&A; and PAS documentation
Experience conducting financial analysis, reconciliation, and reporting
Ability to coordinate program reviews and stakeholder engagements (PMRs, WLMs)
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Familiarity with Army financial systems such as GFEBS and SOMARDS
Experience supporting Army or DoD acquisition or security assistance programs
Knowledge of financial reconciliation processes and audit readiness practices
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
