High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification with demonstrated technical competency in building engineering systems
Minimum 5 years of technical and supervisory experience in building engineering with proven expertise in facility repair and maintenance operations
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing complex building systems
Working proficiency in computer-based applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for reporting and documentation purposes
Physical capability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform demanding maintenance tasks in various building environments
