Primarily between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday

Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.

Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Familiarity with Circular 230

Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location

Must be willing to wear Intuit provided uniforms.

Must be willing to use your name, picture for advertising on goggle.

Proficient with technology, including tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools.

Must reside within the United States.

Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.

Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory) with training provided by Intuit

Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business including, but not limited to, compliance training, proficiency-based up-skilling, cross-training of other products or offerings, and professional development. Training requirements are subject to change based on business needs and the company reserves the right to introduce additional requirements at any time

Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus

Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Full Commission ($75000 - $150000 yearly)

5+ years of CNC machining, tooling, or manufacturing experience.

Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and tooling.

Ability to read, write, and troubleshoot CNC G-Code.

Minimum 3 years of CAD/CAM programming experience.

Proficiency with Mastercam and CAD software.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Experience with precision measurement equipment.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Machine Tool Technology, or related field.

Experience with SolidWorks, Fusion 360, AutoCAD, or similar software.

Experience machining wood products or working within a woodworking manufacturing environment.

Project management experience.

Tool and die design experience.
