Must reside within state of WI
Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Social Work, Psychology, Behavioral Health, Human Services, Nursing, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in place of the requirements above.
2-5 years' experience working with behavioral health substance use disorders
Experience designing and delivering evidence-based substance use prevention programs to youth and adults.
Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects and working with healthcare organizations, providers, or community-based organizations.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
Experience supporting grant-funded initiatives, contracts, or program implementation.
Experience organizing meetings, trainings, learning collaboratives, or stakeholder engagement activities.
Understanding of behavioral health systems, substance use disorder services, recovery support services, mental health programs, or healthcare delivery systems.
Knowledge of quality improvement principles and performance measurement.
Understanding of data collection, surveys, and program evaluation methods.
Valid driver's license or other reliable means of transportation to complete required travel
Ability and willingness to travel within Wisconsin and occasionally overnight (up to 15 percent)
Ability to operate computer and telephone
Ability to sit or stand for five-to-eight hours per day (depending on scheduled FTE); occasionally lifting up to 15 pounds.
