Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
Minimum 1 year of Manufacturing Engineering, Project Management, or related experience required
Experience supporting manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, stamping, assembly, coating, automation)
Proficiency with CAD and data analysis tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Excel)
Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and structured problem solving
Advanced computer knowledge and skills in MS Office/Project and Solidworks/AutoCAD/NX
The employee may be required to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
Prolonged standing of eight or more hours a day
Frequent walking
Occasional bending, crouching, twisting, and reaching
