Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (extensive experience in manufacturing engineering may be substituted for degree)
Minimum 3 years related manufacturing engineering experience
Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement training and demonstrated experience
Strong knowledge of occupational safety programs and best practices
Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
