Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Organizational Leadership, or a related field

Experience supporting construction, infrastructure, utility, or civil engineering projects

Experience with water, wastewater municipal infrastructure projects

Understanding of underground utility construction practices

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
