Maintaining a dependable vehicle and certified driver status is a condition of employment.
One year experience in the social work and addictions field and/or behavioral health and criminal justice setting required.
Must have coursework and/or experience in the areas of cultural diversity, human development, etiology, trauma-informed, and treatment of mental illness, alcohol and drug abuse, physical and sexual abuse, suicide, and crisis intervention
This position requires certification in and adequate implementation of verbal and physical de-escalation techniques
Must be knowledgeable and able to utilize Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel).
This position does require computer skills for timekeeping, scheduling and use of electronic medical records entry, and familiarity with Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/Outlook).
This position requires flexibilities in scheduling (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays).
Conducts background checks, driver's license record, degree verification, and drug screens at hire
Employment is contingent upon clean drug screen, background check, and driving record.
Certain programs are subject to TB Screening and/or testing.
Lift up to 50 Ibs. pushing, and pulling up to 150 Ibs.
