Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

5 years of progressive experience required, in technology delivery, platform management, or business systems roles, with 2+ years directly managing people.

Demonstrated experience leading governance, demand management, and prioritization for a portfolio of enterprise platforms or applications supporting multiple business functions with competing priorities

Current Epic Care Everywhere Certification required, with demonstrated experience supporting reference laboratory workflows within the Epic ecosystem, including provider connectivity, external organization onboarding, clinical data exchange, laboratory order and result integration, interoperability initiatives, and collaboration with stakeholders supporting Epic Aura, Epic Beaker, Epic Bridges, and Care Everywhere workflows.

Experience leading or supporting complex healthcare integration initiatives, including molecular profiling, precision medicine, oncology technology platforms, laboratory systems, or external partner integrations.

Hands-on experience leading Scrum or hybrid Agile delivery across multiple concurrent teams, including dependency management and release planning

Proven ability to deliver technology initiatives through the full project lifecycle, from business case and project charter through implementation, go-live, and hypercare

8 preferred, in technology delivery, platform management, or business systems roles, with 2+ years directly managing people.

Experience with Flatiron Molecular Profiling Integration (MPI) or similar oncology-focused data exchange solutions is preferred.
