High school diploma/GED.

Ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to understand traffic signs, communicate with traffic safety officials and to respond to official inquiries and directions in accordance with FMCSA enforcement guidance.

Must meet and maintain the qualifications as outlined in the federal motor carrier safety regulations.

Requires medical exam in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations.

Must obtain and maintain a valid driver's license in accordance with your state requirements for type of vehicle assigned

Have good driving record as outlined in policy.

Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

Six (6) months courier experience preferred.

Thorough knowledge of the station's service area preferred.

Ability to move and transfer merchandise, weighing up to 50 pounds, throughout the store.

Candidates are required to complete an intensive 13-week training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Glynco, GA, followed by specialized 18-week training at the James J. Rowley Training Center in Laurel, MD.

Must have uncorrected vision of at least 20/100, correctable to 20/20 in each eye.
