High School Diploma/GED

6+ months of experience in an office setting, customer service setting (over the phone or face to face), phone support role, or call center environment

Beginner level of proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications

Ability to work our normal business hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm EST, Monday - Friday

Ability to complete training onsite before transitioning to work from home

B.S. in Pharmacy required

Active and in good standing pharmacist license in at least 2 of the following states: PA, OH, MA, DE, RI, CT, or ME.

Knowledge of formulary management and P&T; procedures

Familiarity with client/server applications

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Drive, internet, and email

PharmD preferred.

At least 2+ years of inpatient hospital experience preferred
