2 years' experience in Pipefitting required.

Solid understanding of shipbuilding and/or manufacturing processes required.

Willing and able to get and maintain VT qualifications.

Graduate Apprentice preferred.

Previous supervisory experience in a production environment is preferred.

Understanding of MACPAC systems preferred.

This position requires on-site presence at WMHS customer locations and compliance with all mandatory immunization requirements imposed by such customers

Valid Driver's License

Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds and push and/or pull carts weighing as much as 500 pounds.

This role is designated as safety sensitive and will require the successful candidate to strictly comply with all safety rules and protocols.

As part of the ongoing employment requirements, the successful candidate may be subject to drug and alcohol testing—including pre‑employment screening, post‑incident evaluations, reasonable suspicion checks, and random testing—in accordance with government regulations and company policies.

2 years industry related experience in a customer service capacity preferred, or the equivalent in related work experience

High School Diploma or GED (accredited)

Reps are paid weekly.

$30.00 base-appt, not based on sales or a commission structure set up based on performance.

There is an opportunity to make more, but there is still a fallback for the sales rep to make an income even if they have an off week.
