Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

7+ years of experience as an Architect, Engineer, Construction Manager, or in a related construction discipline

7+ years of project management experience spanning design phase through construction completion and operational handover

7+ years of experience negotiating construction, procurement, and/or labor contracts

7+ years of proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Building Information Modeling (BIM), and scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project, or similar)

Experience managing complex, large-scale construction projects ($100M+) end-to-end with full budget and design ownership

Experience across multiple disciplines within the construction industry (e.g., General Contracting, Owner's Representation, Commercial Development, Engineering & Design)

Demonstrated success leading contract negotiations and managing external partner performance across concurrent projects

Experience developing and implementing construction processes, playbooks, or best practice frameworks

Experience mentoring and developing junior construction professionals

Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification or equivalent

CMIT/CMAA or PMP certification or equivalent

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field

6+ years of related industry experience

Experience practicing best-in-class procurement processes (category management, benchmarking, should-cost models, RFX, reverse auction, contracting, or equivalent)

Experience in negotiations with global suppliers with a proven track record in cost reduction

5+ years of data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent experience

Experience in program, project or product management, or leading product implementation

5+ years of relevant experience with construction services and material procurement.

Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field

Experience in data centers, infrastructure service providers, or related technology companies

Experience in procurement practices working with engineering, supply chain and Tier 1 OEM partners

Experience interfacing directly with construction scopes through various stages of development and construction, direct coordination with internal and external teams responsible for construction and commissioning/testing phases of project

Familiarity with current engineering principles associated with Data Center Construction, Sustainability, etc
