BA/BS + 13 years of relevant experience; equivalencies considered
Active Secret clearance
Extensive experience developing, reviewing, and maintaining complex technical documentation supporting enterprise IT, infrastructure engineering, systems implementation, and/or modernization programs
Experience developing and enforcing documentation standards, templates, SOPs, technical plans, implementation guides, site survey reports, and operational procedures
Experience creating and maintaining technical diagrams, system/infrastructure documentation, deployment documentation, and project schedules in collaboration with engineering and operations teams
Demonstrated experience managing document lifecycle, configuration/version control, quality reviews, and approval processes across large or complex programs
Experience collaborating with engineers, architects, cybersecurity professionals, project managers, and Government stakeholders to collect, validate, and communicate technical information
Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and methodologies and documentation supporting IT service delivery, deployment, and operational environments
