Bachelor's degree in an engineering field such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Software Engineering.
At least 5 years of related experience involving product validation or certification.
A minimum of 3 years of management experience in a product test or verification capacity.
Strong knowledge of safety design, development, and test practices.
Experience providing data and technical justification to certified bodies (such as UL or similar) for product certification.
Proven experience creating test processes, procedures, and detailed test reports.
Experience working in an ISO certified organization and adhering to standardized quality systems.
Experience supporting product release into a factory environment, including coordination with manufacturing and quality teams.
Hands-on experience with test and hardware tools, including oscilloscopes, for debugging and verification testing.
Ability to perform root cause analysis for product performance issues and document findings clearly.
Familiarity with standards and requirements such as UL, EN298, EMI, and EMC.
Proficiency in electronics and verification testing in a lab environment.
Ability to interpret and produce clear technical documentation related to test activities.
