Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain

Experience managing production schedules across multiple manufacturing sites

Strong working knowledge of MRP and ERP systems and production planning tools

Understanding of manufacturing cost drivers, such as labor, utilization, changeovers, yield, and scrap

Advanced Excel and data analysis skills

Willingness to travel to manufacturing facilities as needed

ASCM certification (CPIM or CSCP), or CSCMP SCPro

Food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing experience

Experience in FDA-regulated and HACCP-based environments

S&OP; process experience

Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience

Earn $20.00 per hour

Exposure to different career paths across our lines of business.

Currently pursuing a degree or technical education in **Industrial Technology, Process Technology, Mechanical Technology, Agriculture, Industrial Maintenance Technology, Chemical Technology, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology** , or a related field at an accredited college, university, or technical school program;

Willingness and ability to work in industrial environments that may include outdoor conditions, loud environments, temperature extremes, confined spaces, and work around heavy equipment;

Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including lifting and handling up to 50 pounds and performing activities such as standing, walking, climbing, bending, stooping, and kneeling for extended periods.
