Physically capable of performing the duties described
Frequent standing, walking, handling, grasping or typing; ability to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, bend or twist; push, pull or lift up to 100 pounds occasionally
Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting up to 100 pounds
Ability to participate in safety and preventative maintenance programs
Ability to follow all KHC policies and procedures as set forth in the handbook and property guidelines
Must be able to greet guests in a warm, friendly manner and address maintenance concerns to ensure guest satisfaction
Ability to operate and maintain cleaning, maintenance, and safety equipment (e.g., snow removal equipment) as required by role
Must reside within a reasonable distance to perform on-site maintenance duties (implicit locality/onsite requirement)
