The work schedule for this position is 1st shift 5AM-5:30PM Sunday-Tuesday and alternating Wednesday.

Variable shifts will occasionally be required based on demand.

Two‑year technical degree or equivalent industrial experience

Minimum of 3 years of industrial utilities experience.

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot refrigeration, boiler, steam, compressed air, and water systems.

Ability to work safely in high‑risk utility environments while following all PPE, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Ability to participate in emergency response situations as trained.

Ability to efficiently learn and use business and technical software tools—including Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, the company's EAMS/CMMS, and Outlook—to support maintenance planning, documentation, and analysis.

Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation, including lifting up to 50 pounds; twisting, bending, kneeling, and crawling on top of or under equipment; working in hot and cold environments; operating aerial lifts; using ladders; and working at heights.

Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Must be 18 year of age or older.

Ability to obtain required certifications within defined timeframes

Required certifications such as RETA CIRO, Boiler Operator 1, or state equivalent.

Experience with industrial refrigeration systems such as liquid overfeed

Training in water treatment systems and regulatory compliance.

Experience supporting energy efficiency or utility reliability improvement initiatives.

Friday 3:30 pm-7:30 pm

Some over time may be required.

2nd shift

Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and adjust equipment.

Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, rulers, and gauges accurately.

Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Ability to read and follow written instructions and procedures.

Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, and use hands throughout the shift.

Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed.

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment around machinery and production equipment.

High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Previous manufacturing, machine operation, warehouse, or production experience preferred.

Prior leadership or team lead experience is a plus.

Understanding of PVC material handling and cutting characteristics is helpful, but not required.
