Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a closely related technical field; equivalent education combined with relevant industry experience may also be considered.
2+ years of experience supporting product test, validation, test development, hardware verification, manufacturing test, or related engineering functions.
Hands-on experience developing and executing test solutions for electronic assemblies, circuit boards, PCBs, electromechanical equipment, or similar products.
Proficiency with electronic test equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, programmable power supplies, and other common lab instrumentation.
Knowledge of product validation and reliability methodologies, such as Design of Experiments (DOE), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), statistical analysis, and root-cause investigation techniques.
Experience working within regulated or quality-driven environments and an understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements.
