High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds frequently, with team assistance for heavier items.
Ability to stand and perform physical work for 8–10 hours per day, up to 5 days per week.
Ability to operate hand jacks, pallet trucks, cranes, jib cranes, and hoists.
Ability to communicate and understand instructions in English, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to move throughout the facility unassisted.
Willingness to work approved overtime and weekend hours as required.
Ability to individually lift up to 50 pounds frequently and assist with team lifts for items exceeding 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the production facility for the duration of the shift.
Ability to work in a warehouse and production environment with machine and operational noise for the entirety of the shift.
Steel-toed safety shoes and approved eye protection with side shields are required when working in warehouse and production areas.
Hearing protection is required in posted areas in accordance with safety signage and company policy.
Additional personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required based on the specific position, task, or work environment.
