Organizational Skills
Maintain and keep current all shipment documentation in compliance with all record keeping requirements
Data entry and processing of various import related documentation for submission to US Customs
Paid Training Provided
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Handle high volume of work
Adhere to all international importing regulations
Ensure all government and organizational policies are followed
This is role variable remote, with some work from home opportunity and some in the office work, dependent on company policy. 1st 3 weeks of training are on-site. After training and metrics are met, position will be work from home
Handle time sensitive work
Pay: $17.25/hr
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
HS Diploma or GED required
Data entry/keyboard experience required
Inter-Personal skills
Process agency brokerage shipments
Ability to use multiple systems and reference material
Work closely with other internal staff and departments to deliver high level of service to customers
Working knowledge of MS Office and email applications such as Outlook using multiple screens and windows
