HS Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 6 months work experience preferred
A minimum of one (1) year of experience using computer systems in a professional, educational, or comparable environment with the ability to perform routine tasks such as data entry, document creation, navigation of standard software applications, and operation of basic office equipment

Interact with customers, carriers, brokers, government agencies, internal staff, management of all levels, internal departments
Candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus location
Team members are required to work onsite regularly, particularly during training
Hybrid work eligibility may be considered after successful completion of training, based on business needs and ongoing job performance
