HS Diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
Good communication skills and ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and work over equipment for long periods of time.
Ability to work with and handle very small parts (.003 diameter).
Ability to work with hand tools and possibly run a semi-automated machine.
Ability to learn and understand dimensions on drawings.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
Ability to determine / recognize color coding.
Basic math and measuring skills.
Must be a good team player and have the ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
