High School Diploma or equivalent.

Technical training in blueprint reading, Inspection.

2-5 years' experience as an inspector in a manufacturing environment; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Full understanding of GD&T; and basic understanding of statistics is required.

Skilled using a variety of measurement equipment including calipers, pin gage set, height gage, test indicator, micrometer, pitch micrometer, dial indicator, surface plate, optical comparator, laser, smart scope, and coordinate measuring machine (CMM).

Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Experience using and ERP system.

Night shift - Shift (Night Shift End of Week 12.5 hr days. Thur-Fri- Sat)

2+ years of experience in a large-scale Mainframe environment supporting multiple LPARs (or Bachelor's degree)

2+ years of experience supporting multiple application teams with Workload Automation requests

2+ years of experience supporting Mainframe maintenance changes

1+ years of technical experience working with CICS, DB2, and Mainframe infrastructure environments

Ability to work onsite full-time at the MN053 Data Center facility and comply with physical security protocols

Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline

3+ years of working knowledge and hands-on experience using ServiceNow for incident and change management

3+ years of experience utilizing Workload Automation as a Service (WLAaaS) tools such as TWS/z or CA7

IT Service Management (ITSM) certification (or equivalent experience utilizing ServiceNow)

Practical experience incorporating AI-assisted operational tools to improve task efficiency or incident monitoring

$19 per hour
