Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, plus on-call rotation

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ year of general maintenance and repair experience

A valid driver's license

Reliable transportation

The ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for long periods, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather

You'll provide and maintain a basic set of hand tools, on hand within 30 days of your start date: 10" and 6" crescent wrenches, 9.5" and 6.5" channel lock pliers, needle-nose pliers, Phillips and flathead screwdrivers, nut driver set, Allen wrench set, socket wrench set, wire crimping tool with cutters, razor knife, hammer, putty knife, tape measure, thermometer, non-contact voltage tester, GFCI tester, multimeter, drill, and drill bits

Trade school or technical certification

CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification

Onsite multifamily or apartment maintenance experience

Experience with Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, AIRM, LEO, Appwork, or similar maintenance software

Spanish fluency

Read and speak English proficiently

Write routine reports and correspondence.

Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Use units of measurement for weight, volume and distance.
