Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in construction, pavement preservation, paving, grading, slurry seal, seal coat, crack seal, or related operations

Experience coordinating crews, equipment, and project schedules

Knowledge of construction safety practices and OSHA requirements

Valid driver's license

An acceptable driving record

Ability to pass required drug testing and screening requirements

Experience in pavement preservation operations, including slurry seal, seal coat, crack seal, paving, grading, or related roadway construction activities

OSHA 30 certification, First Aid/CPR certification, or other industry certifications

Experience with construction management, scheduling, or project tracking software

Valid DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one

Experience level should be Mid-Level to Experienced specifically in construction, not Entry-Level

Knowledge of processing, placing and compacting fill dirt.

Handles the physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, kneeling, bending, crouching, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting at least 50 pounds.

Knows construction math skills, including how to convert quantities and take measurements

Must be willing to confidently submit to the background and drug screening process.

Any offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background investigation.

Candidates for this position are required to complete a pre-employment drug screen successfully.

Knowledge of concrete forming, rebar tying, concrete pouring, screeding and finishing is highly desired

Heavy Industrial Construction experience highly desired, if not required.

Experience operating backhoes, front end loader and skid steer highly desired

A high school diploma is preferred
