Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or distribution center operations within a high-SKU (50,000+) distribution center environment
Prior experience directly supervising or managing a team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
Demonstrated experience analyzing inventory data and supporting corrective actions to improve accuracy and reduce discrepancies
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and other analytical tools
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or production management systems
Solid understanding of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles
