While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel crouch, climb, use ladders, and perform various types of manual labor

Occasionally, the employee may be required to lift to 70 pounds sometimes

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to extreme heat and cold temperatures and sometimes wet conditions

High school diploma or GED preferred

Experience with food processing equipment is a plus

Experience with RollStock and Repack vacuum packaging machines is a plus

$21–$23/hr

$2,000 sign-on bonus

High school diploma or GED **and 2 years of maintenance experience** , **OR** * 1 year of experience in electrical, HVAC, or plumbing **plus 6 months of education** in Electricity, HVAC, Plumbing/Fitting, or Carpentry.

Basic computer skills, including email, web searching, and Microsoft Outlook.

Ability to use position-specific work-order systems.

Valid driver's license.

Reliable access to a registered and insured vehicle for travel between communities.
