10-15 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience relating to mechanical and electrical systems
Extensive knowledge of building, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing codes as they relate to project construction
Familiarity with MEP subcontracts and subcontractors
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities to manage multi-trade teams
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Skilled in software such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, Revit, and Bluebeam and maneuvering through shop drawings
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
Ability to collaborate effectively with Firm Principals, senior leadership, and teams across multiple offices
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and within a highly collaborative environment
