510 years of experience in construction inspection, quality control, or construction management with a strong focus on electrical and mechanical systems.
Demonstrated experience working on data center projects or similarly complex, mission-critical facilities.
Extensive experience with electrical-focused inspection, including switchgear, UPS/ATS systems, and PDU systems.
Strong experience inspecting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, including rough-ins and equipment installation.
Hands-on experience conducting SCCS reviews, breaker settings reviews, and arc flash label verification.
Experience reviewing NETA testing for electrical systems and interpreting test results.
Experience conducting FOD inspections in active construction environments.
Proven ability to verify work against contract documents, drawings, and specifications and to ensure compliance with all requirements.
Ability to identify non-conforming work, document deficiencies, and ensure corrective actions are taken before subsequent work proceeds.
Strong understanding of applicable global, national, and local codes and standards related to mechanical and electrical systems.
Ability to prepare, maintain, and organize inspection forms, observation logs, and quality documentation for turnover and commissioning.
Familiarity with the commissioning process and requirements for preparing systems for commissioning, even though this is not a commissioning role.
OSHA 10 certification (minimum).
Experience in construction management, electrical construction, or quality assurance on large-scale building projects.
Experience working in data centers or other high-availability, mission-critical environments.
