Bachelors or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
At least one year of managerial experience
At least five years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Proficient knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
Experience writing and following manufacturing documentation and procedures
Able to read and understand engineering bill of materials and drawings
Familiarity with ERP Systems or databases
Familiarity with quality systems
Available to occasionally work overtime or on the weekends when necessary
