High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in an engineering, manufacturing, drafting, quality, planning, or other technical environment.
Ability to read mechanical drawings and understand how parts, materials, and manufacturing operations fit together.
Comfortable working in computer systems and learning technical software.
