Masters degree in Engineering, Quality, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
Five (5) or more years of quality leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
Experience with metal fabrication processes such as roll forming, stamping, punching, bending, welding, assembly, and finishing.
Detailed knowledge of ISO 9001 quality system requirements and experience leading Quality System internal and external audits.
Working knowledge of UL requirements, product certification, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, control plans, SPC, MSA, and supplier quality management.
ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence, Certified Quality Auditor, or Six Sigma Black/Green Belt certification.
Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, Minitab or other statistical software, and web-based supplier or customer quality systems.
Experience working in a represented manufacturing environment and partnering effectively with operational and union leadership.
