Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or similar field.

Proficient in automation scripting using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell

Experience in writing SQL queries for database management.

Strong background in IT operations

Familiarity with duty watch, ticketing systems (e.g. SNOW), and task management

Knowledge of system administration in Linux/Unix environments and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Familiar with network components and protocols

Database management

Experience in incident response methodologies to implement preventive measures.

Experienced with monitoring metrics and platform/system diagnostics

Observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana

Understanding of ITIL Service Management , specifically on Service Level Management, Release, Event, Incident, Problem, Capacity and Performance Management practices.

Ability to assess what impacts operational KPIs and recommend improvement across application and infrastructure layers.

Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle. This includes frameworks and concepts for modern application development (Product Management, Agile/Scrum, DevOps).

Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Cincinnati, OH based office.

Understand Agile methodologies and is familiar with DevOps practices.

Familiar with key IT security concepts such as authentication, authorization, and encryption, IAM including permission models like Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Access Control Lists (ACL).

Experience in Ping Authentication products (Ping ID, Ping Federate, Ping Radius) and PAM products (Centrify) is a big plus.

Experience with configuration management and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Ansible and Terraform

Ability to script, debug, optimize code, and automate routine tasks.

Experience in rightsizing infrastructure to balance performance and cost.

Certified in: ITIL 4 Foundation, SRE Fundamentals, DevOps Foundation, and/or PSM1

Willingness to learn and apply concepts such as SRE Site Reliability Engineering, TDD Test Driven Development, Chaos Engineering.

High school diploma or equivalent, and one-year related experience and/or training in a quality or lab technician position.

Ability to work 3rd Shift (10pm-6:30am), Sunday-Thursday.

Excellent computer skills including proficiency in MS Office, emphasis on Excel.

Associate's degree in technical field of study from an accredited university.

Metallurgical or chemistry testing of metals.

Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience.

SAP experience.

Smart Sheets experience.
