Mechanics Shop Foreman
5+ years of heavy diesel mechanic experience with strong diagnostics across engines, hydraulics, electrical, and driveline systems.
2+ years in a lead or foreman capacity (assigning work, coaching techs, closing work orders).
Proficiency with scan tools, service literature, schematics, and CMMS/work-order systems.
Ability to read technical drawings, torque specs, and apply OEM repair procedures.
Microsoft Office knowledge, Excel, Word, Outlook,
Valid driver's license
Clean MVR
Ability to pass pre-employment screening.
Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in confined spaces
Lift/push/pull up to 75 lbs
Manual and power-tool use.
