Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
Massachusetts's Pharmacist License.
Five (5) years of hospital pharmacy leadership experience.
Frequent standing & walking, and lifting of 5-10 lbs.
May required lifting and carrying light loads, including boxes, equipment, and stooping or kneeling.
Requires manual dexterity using fine hand manipulation to operate prescription medications and computer keyboard.
Requires ability to see medications, computer screen and reports.

Knowledge of medication-use technology, pharmacy informatics, automation, clinical decision support systems, and digital transformation strategies.
