Seasonal Champion
Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week
Part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week
All schedules contain weekend shifts as part of the requirements
Hours are dependent on business needs and colleague availability
Leadership: Provide Active Supervision by continually circulating the selling floor, directing colleagues and supporting daily priorities to optimize the customer experience and increase sales

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels and across departments
Detail Orientation: Careful attention to detail in handling daily tasks, examining reports and making sure business goals are met
Collaboration: Coordinate with store leadership to identify and address operational challenges
Adaptability: Handle various responsibilities related to the physical operation of the facility, including activities required to open and close the building, as well as involvement in daily back-of-house functions
Flexibility: Available to support the needs of the business including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
Communication: Must be able to: Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform
This position requires talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands
Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders, reaching, including above eye level
Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
