  • Performs all the tasks in the grow cycle, including; transplanting, feeding, cloning, propagation cropping and assisting the Lead Cultivation Technician with inventory management
  • Mixing and amending soil or prepping mediums
  • Assisting the Lead Cultivation Technician with the mixing of nutrients
  • Walking each row and checking for water and nutrient line breaks, dripper failure and or bug, pest, pathogen and disease related problems
  • Potting and or any medium we choose. Conduct daily inspections for pests, pathogens, mold, fungi, disease or other undesired conditions
