High School Graduate w/ basic math skills

READ BLUEPRINTS, SKETCHES, DRAWINGS, MANUALS, SPECIFICATIONS, OR SAMPLE PARTS TO DETERMINE DIMENSIONS AND TOLERANCES OF FINISHED WORK PIECE, SEQUENCE OF OPERATIONS, AND SETUP REQUIREMENTS.
Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjusts CNC program or machine set-up as required.
Ability to navigate CNC software and adjust the programs as needed, to grind tools within print specifications.
Verifies/inspects conformance of finished work piece to specifications using precision measurement instrumentation.
Maintains safety guarding in place before starting work instructions.
Stationed in the shop approximately 95% of working time.
Occasional overtime hours required.
