The Cultivation Technician will be reporting to the Lead Cultivation Technician for daily tasks and work flow
Duties include working across all areas of plant cultivation including cloning, transplanting, feeding, defoliating, super cropping, topping, flushing, trimming, packaging, environmental control, fertigation, maintenance, pest control, waste disposal and inventory management for all plants in the facility
Assist with various crop care, including:
Performs all the tasks in the grow cycle, including; transplanting, feeding, cloning, propagation cropping and assisting the Lead Cultivation Technician with inventory management
Mixing and amending soil or prepping mediums
Assisting the Lead Cultivation Technician with the mixing of nutrients
Walking each row and checking for water and nutrient line breaks, dripper failure and or bug, pest, pathogen and disease related problems
Potting and or any medium we choose. Conduct daily inspections for pests, pathogens, mold, fungi, disease or other undesired conditions
