5+ years of hands-on experience in precision electro-mechanical, aerospace, or manufacturing environment .
Demonstrated expertise in mechanical assembly, torque application, and wire routing/soldering.
Proven ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Familiarity with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and torque gages).
Ability to life and carry 50 pounds for short periods of time unassisted.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
