Mobile Production Tech -A

Must be proficient in the set-up, adjusting, trouble shooting, preventive maintenance as well as total operation of production line equipment.

Must be able to use hand tools, millimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators and other precision electronic instruments.

Must be able to use hand tools, machine ruler, caliper, fixtures, computer and fax machine.

Must be able to organize, prioritize and schedule work daily, read blue prints/ schematics and other instructions which are written or computer generated to meet Kan Ban and MRP generated requirements.

Operator must have a 2-year technical college degree, certificate or equivalent.

Be able to read and understand assembly prints, wiring diagrams and schematics

Minimum three years or more work experience in a closely related industry preferred

$500 signing bonus

$30.00 / hour

This position pays an hourly rate and is eligible for overtime.

5 years of experience in an equipment assembly-related assignment

5 years of experience in a pipefitting assignment

Experience using hand and power tools and basic size/weight measuring devices

This position requires regularly lifting and carrying 50lbs

Performing confined space entry

Skilled trade degree or certification

Maintenance or mechanic experience

Experience safely rigging and loading/unloading systems or component parts

Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks

Ability to wire simple circuitry and perform point-to-point terminations

Ability to read and interpret basic mechanical and electrical drawings

Basic computer skills (i.e., data entry, internet, email, etc.)

$21.00 - $23.00/hr.

First shift schedule, initially 7am-3:30pm

Experience in quality control or quality assurance

Proficiency in chemical mixing, blending, and handling.

Familiarity with GMP and ISO standards.

Ability to read, write, and perform math calculations.

High school diploma or equivalent education.

Capability to make decisions and administer corrective actions.

Experience in a clean room environment.

Physical ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.

Knowledgeable of product characteristics and hazards as stated in the MSDS.

Must have state recognized machinist apprentice papers or acceptable shop experience that can be verified by past employers.

Ability to interpret blueprints and/or mechanical drawings.

Ability to operate/use various measuring tools including micrometers, calipers and tape measures.

Ability to stand for 8 hours/day.

Ability to handle moderate lifting up to 50 lbs.

Must be able to read, write and understand the English language.

Required to wear all OSHA mandated safety equipment and to adhere to all company safety practices and policies.

Regular attendance is an essential element of the job.

Vocational education in Machining is preferred.

Knowledge of basic computer skills and general knowledge of G and M coding systems preferred.

1 - 3 years machining experience preferred.

Ability to perform MIG or TIG welding processes is a plus.

Earn $25.00 - $26.50/hour
