High school diploma or equivalent
Vocational training in machining or CNC operation
Basic ability to read and interpret shop drawings or blueprints
Strong desire to learn CNC machine operations, including reference planes and machine parameters
Ability to receive and execute detailed instructions from managers and senior staff
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
Demonstrated punctuality and reliability
Basic computer literacy and an interest in learning specialized design software
Manual dexterity and experience with hand tools or power tools
The role requires standing for prolonged periods, repetitive hand motions, attention to detail, and the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
Required PPE includes safety glasses, and steel-toe/composite boots
Minimal; less than 5% travel
