4 year degree in Manufacturing Technology, Engineering or related field
3-5 years experience in assembly process development, line layout, fixture design, and manufacturing test equipment
Working experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
Working experience with Pro-Engineering, Product View, or 2-D AutoCad
Working experience with PLC's, Robotics/Automation, SPC, GR&R;
Knowledge of manufacturing BOM management
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
Ability to lift 30 pounds
Ability to stand for 90% of shift
Ability to do repetitive moves (i.e. bending, twisting)
