High school diploma or GED.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
Stand and walk for extended periods during the work shift.
Frequently use hands and fingers to grasp, handle, assemble, inspect, and move materials and components.
Perform repetitive motions involving the hands, wrists, arms, and shoulders.
Frequently reach, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist.
Lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Work at varying heights and reach above shoulder level as required.
Safely operate tools, machinery, and material handling equipment.
Visually inspect parts, labels, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Work in a manufacturing environment that may include exposure to moving equipment, vibration, noise, temperature fluctuations, dust, and other industrial conditions while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
