2 years of previous work history/education required

Two years' heavy equipment repair experience or one year automotive tech training. School may be substituted for one year repair experience.

Must have some electrical proficiency

Must be familiar with all types of shop equipment such as tire changing machine, wheel balance, jacks and cutting torch , etc.

Must have valid drivers license

Meet company's insurance carrier requirement

Must have 3 or more years' experience repairing and maintaining equipment, snowcats, vehicles, snowmobiles, and small engines

Experience working on heavy equipment

Must have a solid electrical background

Proficient education in electronics hydraulics and diesel and gas engines

High School diploma or GED

Must be able to lift 50lbs at various heights and/or uneven terrain.

Must be able to walk on uneven terrain.

Must be able to tolerate extreme weather conditions (snow, cold, wind etc.).

Must be able to read and write in the English language.

Shifts may qualify for mileage reimbursement.

Caregivers may attend a yearlong MA residency program

PRN (as needed - Minimum of 4 days per pay period)

Clinics that may open as early as 6:30 AM and stay open as late as 7 PM Monday thru Friday

Typically open 7 days a week and holidays from 7:50 AM – 8 PM.

Float Pool caregivers are expected to work the entire requested shift, usually 8-12 hours, and not partial shifts.

* Successful completion of a Medical Assistant Program (certification must be provided upon hire) * Or at least one year of Medical Assistant experience (verified upon hire) * Or current RN/LPN license to practice nursing in the state

Current Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers. Must be obtained prior to start date

Demonstrated basic computer skills involving word processing and data entry.

Ability to protect privacy, confidentiality, and Protected Health Information (PHI) of patients, members, and caregivers.

Experience in an outpatient clinic or other healthcare setting.

Computer literacy in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other relevant software.

Current national MA certification from one of the following national MA certifications or registrations: Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) of AMT, National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) of the AAMA
