This is a NIGHT SHIFT Position

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience operating in a manufacturing environment

Experience with Mazatrol or Mazak Smooth G controller is a must

Must be experienced with setting up and qualifying weldments

Strong understanding of machining principles and practices

Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings

Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions

Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects

Commitment to safety and quality

Technical certification or vocational training is a plus

Previous truck delivery experience is a plus but not required
