The ability to travel to and from in-home appointments.

Must be able to safely ascend, descend, and work from ladders in accordance with Company safety procedures. This position requires the use of ladders with a maximum manufacturer-rated capacity of 375 pounds, including the user's body weight and any tools or equipment.

An annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

$22.95 - $38.25

May require flexible scheduling, overtime, and participation in an on-call rotation to support business operations.

Typically requires 3+ years of related experience

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and building systems.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and equipment manuals.

Working knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and facility maintenance best practices.

Experience using maintenance management systems (CMMS) and documenting maintenance activities.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely perform physical maintenance activities, including climbing, bending, and working at heights.

Ability to work at heights and in varying temperature and environmental conditions.

Ability to safely operate maintenance tools, powered industrial equipment, and other facility-related machinery.

Technical certification, trade school education, apprenticeship training, or vocational education in maintenance, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or a related field.

Experience supporting distribution centers, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, or large commercial operations.

Experience maintaining conveyor systems, dock equipment, batteries, chargers, robotic forklifts, or automated material handling equipment.

Knowledge of NFPA codes, fire and life safety systems, and environmental compliance requirements.

Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and facility improvement projects.

Experience performing preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
